We are a family business and want to remain so. So that we do not lose the proximity to our customers and maintain the quality of our services. Our company boss and founder Werner Schmid says it clearly: "The first car of a customer is sold by the salesman. Every other car that this customer buys, we sell through the workshop and the other services".

Quality, flexibility and individual customer service are only possible with friendly, competent and motivated employees. We ensure their standard with internal training and external courses. Every two years we organize a business weekend of several days for all employees and their partners. Whether a city trip to Hamburg or a skiing experience in Livigno - this is where we get team spirit and motivation.

Garage Schmid is also committed to offering young people a perspective. We train an average of five apprentices per year and also repeatedly integrate young people in socially difficult situations.
