In 2000 Marcel Senn and Urs Kohler founded the AKS Auto Senn AG. From the very beginning, AKS focused on the future-oriented and innovative SEAT brand.

Only two years later, we were named best co-agent of the year 2001 due to our performance and above-average commitment to the SEAT brand.

In February 2005 Marcel Senn took over Urs Kohler's share package and thus became the sole managing director of AKS.

At the end of 2007, the takeover of Bruno Hitz AG took place, as well as the move to the current business address at Überlandstrasse 23 in Hinwil. From then on, the car brands of AKS and Bruno Hitz AG - SEAT (sales and service agency), Chevrolet (sales and service agency), Renault (service center) and Daewoo (service center) - were serviced under one roof.

In 2010, AKS RaceTech was founded with a branch and workshop at the Nürburgring in Germany. Since the completion of the AKS RaceTech SEAT Leon Streetcopa is a successful participant in racing events on the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
