The original building was constructed in the 1930s to house the first mechanical workshop in the village of Vésenaz. The complex was subsequently taken over by Mr Christian Mischler in the early 1980s to create a "garage". A partnership with the Mazda brand was immediately signed, contributing to the company's rapid and harmonious development, thanks to major assets such as reliability and quality of service.

It wasn't until 1996 that a new direction took hold, and Mr Mischler decided to sign up with Ford, one of the world's largest automotive groups. In order to better meet the expectations of this new market, Mr. Mischler expanded his premises to offer more space, including a new mechanical workshop as well as a car showroom.

At the beginning of 2004, to diversify and complete the services offered to regional customers, specialized staff were hired to develop a service point for the Chrysler and Jeep brands.

On July 1, 2015, the garage was taken over by Mr. Jérôme Chavanne.
