From touring cars to racing cars, from vans to industrial vehicles, founder François Baldenweg's motto of quality workmanship has made the company's reputation.

Today, the company's clientele is not only regional, but extends far beyond national borders. To meet the needs of its demanding clientele, the bodyshop is innovative in terms of infrastructure and ecology, providing its customers not only with replacement vehicles, but also, if they so wish, with electric bicycles.

Sheet metal work

For sheet metal work, we have equipped ourselves with the latest technological innovations, such as the latest "celette" marble, electric spot-welding workstations, straightening equipment, lifts and the tools needed to carry out aluminum repair work in an enclosed environment. The new riveting pliers specially developed for changing parts on aluminum cars, and the latest developments for alternative repairs (kevlar rods and pads, frog system), complete the range of sheet-metal tools.

For the paint shop, we called on IR technology in Biel, supplier of the blowtherm teams, to provide a large paint booth, a preparation area with IR drying system, enabling us to paint without mobilizing the oven. Of course, a ventilated laboratory equipped with computers for color preparation, a spectro photocolorimeter, a spray gun washing machine and a complete recycling system complete the paint shop's equipment. Our body shop relies on Nexa Auto Color for its paintwork.

One of our company's proudest achievements is our saddlery workshop!

It's equipped with sewing machines and all the tools you need to refurbish seats, soft tops and other interior fittings. The saddlery department also transforms and adapts ergonomic seats for both classic and new vehicles.

We have also set up a finishing area for the polishing and preparation of new vehicles. We also apply a Teflon treatment, PTFE (a new resin on the market), to protect paintwork. An exterior wash area is equipped with a Hypromat. This latter facility is available to our customers free of charge.

Our body shop has also designed and developed an area for the preparation of police vehicles, coaches, trucks, etc... It has also developed the UMI (unité mobile d'intervention) vehicle, designed mainly for towns, municipalities and roadworks, specially equipped and adapted for cleaning, graffiti removal, street furniture maintenance, etc...
