Della Santa Automobili SA (Bellinzona)

The Della Santa family's centuries-old tradition in mobility and mechanics began in 1893 when Luigi opened a bicycle store in Bellinzona.

In 1932, together with Mario, he began the business related to the automotive market, dealing with the Dodge, BMW and Renault brands.

In the 1960s, Fernando and Luigi managed to get Mario to take over the leadership of the company, which has been the main representative of the Opel brand since 1958. In 1976, the current headquarters on Zorzi Street was opened.

Since 1981 the company has been a dealer for Suzuki and Subaru.

In the 1990s, management of the company passed to Luigi Della Santa, and Fernando's son Manuel joined the company.

In 2000, thanks to the purchase of a building in Giubiasco, the company expanded and opened the Cento per Cento used car market. In 2005 it also became the dealer of Isuzu pickup trucks.

In 2012 the management of the company passed to Manuel, and Michel Venturi became the new sales manager of Garage Della Santa and Della Santa Automobili.

From September 2018 the company will be an official partner of Hyundai.

Today, Garage Della Santa and Della Santa Automobili has about thirty highly qualified employees, integrated in a dynamic work environment that allows them to focus on customer needs and build a direct and quality relationship.
