Marco Oesch took over the management of the technical division on July 1, 2020.

Oesch Automobile AG in Möriken was founded in 1959 by Karl Oesch. Since 1997, the garage has been managed by Kurt and Therese Oesch in the second generation. Son Marco has been strengthening the family business for six years - he took over part of the management on July 1, 2020.

Marco Oesch learned the trade from scratch, first training as a car mechanic and later as an apprentice mechanic. He worked in various companies, which enabled him to acquire in-depth knowledge of brands such as Honda, Peugeot, American models and, of course, Opel. Thanks to the latest infrastructure, multi-brand test equipment, workshop and spare parts manuals, and the experience of the highly trained Oesch team, repairs and services can be carried out on all makes of cars. This is because Oesch Automobile AG is also a certified Le Garage operation. As of July 1, 31-year-old Marco Oesch will be responsible for managing the workshop. He will take care of all the concerns of the clientele. "I am happy to take on this new challenge," he emphasizes. "We are convinced that Marco will master the new task with flying colors," his parents proudly emphasize. The repairs and services will be taken care of by Kurt Oesch and the newly trained auto mechatronics technician Timo Schmid, who will return to the family business after completing recruit school. Therese Oesch is still responsible for all administrative matters and Martin Mühlethaler for sales. It is a matter of course that the team constantly attends further training. In summer 2021, Mersid Husicic will join our team as an apprentice. We are looking forward to Mersid and wish him much success.

Oesch Automobile AG not only has a long tradition, but also a pioneering role. In 1967, the garage was the first within a radius of many kilometers to have a car wash. It also led the way in the later introduction of a car wash. In 2012, a solar system was installed on the roof of the garage, the electricity from which is now used to wash the vehicles. A tire hotel rounds off the extensive range of services. In addition, 20 - 30 vehicles are always available for test driving.
