Teslabor is the leading independent Tesla specialist workshop in Switzerland. Our focus is on precise diagnosis, sustainable repair and high-quality service for all Tesla models. We combine engineering expertise with in-depth Tesla know-how and state-of-the-art diagnostic technology to precisely identify the causes of faults and repair components instead of replacing them unnecessarily.

We treat every vehicle like a laboratory case: data-based, documented and technically sound. Our aim is to extend the service life of your Tesla, reduce operating costs and conserve valuable resources.

Our core competencies:

• Service & maintenance We offer maintenance and service for all Tesla models outside of the manufacturer's warranty. This includes end-of-warranty checks, brake service, fluid changes, MFK preparation and safety checks. All work is documented and carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

• Battery & high-voltage systems We test, analyze and repair HV batteries at cell level. This includes leak tests, insulation measurements, sensor and valve repairs and thermal tests. We professionally repair battery packs after water ingress or error messages.

• Drive Unit & Inverter test laboratory overhauls and analyzes drive units for noise, vibration and bearing defects. We carry out oil analyses, leak tests and inverter tests, replace bearings and seals and recondition units completely if necessary.

• Chassis We diagnose and overhaul wishbones, bearings, suspension joints and dampers. Our suspension repairs improve durability and ride comfort. We also provide precise solutions for NVH problems (noise and vibrations).

• Air conditioning system & cooling circuit We repair heat pumps, valves, compressors and dryers. After compressor damage or chip findings, we flush the entire system, check for leaks and restore the original cooling capacity.

• Diagnostics & electronics We use our diagnostic tools to read log data, analyze error codes and check electrical systems. Thermal, charging and communication errors are also precisely recorded and evaluated.
