More than 90 years of history

Monzeglio Car Body Shop was founded in 1924 by Giovanni Monzeglio, who began his business in a small building in the city of Locarno.

His two sons, Ercole and Nino, were still young in their father's work and grew up together with the spread of the automobile in Canton Ticino.

The third generation, Gabriele and Eraldo, thanks to their commitment and the quality of their work, begin a path of development that leads to gradual expansion while remaining at the historic site.

The fourth generation, now represented by Leonardo's son, Gabriele, ensures continuity and service to numerous customers by improving the structure and applying state-of-the-art technical solutions.

In 2016, a second branch was opened in Riazzino, and the range of services was expanded to include industrial painting and Sortimo vehicles.

Structure

Twelve employees, all residing in the region and with a federal certificate of competence and state-of-the-art equipment are available to provide you with perfect repair of your car with a lifetime warranty.

A covered area of more than 2,000 square meters and large plazas ensure the ability to handle more than 50 vehicles at a time.

The team is able to repair heavy vehicles and buses, thanks to the hall height of more than 6 meters. Commercial customers can also be satisfied in the best possible way.

The way of working and space management allows many orders to be carried out simultaneously, ensuring a high number of vehicles and speed during repair.

Special attention is paid to environmental friendliness, as environmentally friendly products and techniques are used.
